- If you need an OEM barcode scanner module for general use/ scan usual bar code (here the “usual” means not very big or not very small, not high density), then you can choose RT218: accurate laser aiming, and compact and Light-weight Design, excellent Bar Code Reading Performance.
- If you prefer an LED aimer, then you can choose RT214B and RT214C.
- If you need one OEM scanner module to scan a very long 1D bar code or PDF417 code in an ID card/ passport/ driver’s license, then you can choose the RT212.
- If you need a scanner to read Aztec code or Maxicode, you can choose RT218.
- If you need a large field-of-view but near-distance module, you can choose the RT830i.

- If you need a fixed mount scanner for medical devices, lockers, vending machines, ATMs, Express cabinets, or ticketing machines, you can choose RT240 which is the new release in 2022, and featured by: REACH Certified / IEC62471/EN62471 LED/ Special design to protect user's eyes /Enhanced illumination/ Excellent reading performance/ Easy mounting design.
- If you need a fixed mount scanner for outdoor use and require water-proof, then you can choose RT234, RT870 water-proof version, or RT820, while RT234 is for general use, RT870 water-proof version and RT820 are for near-distance use. RT820 has a bigger scanning window but is more expensive.
- If you need a fixed scanner for the turnstile, then you can choose RT870 and RT830C, while RT870 has its own glass and RT830C is without glass and is designed for embedding under your device's glass.
- IDE237 is used for reading the OCR-B code and PDF417 code from ID card/driver's license and passport.
