Warranty

RTscan tries best to provide reliable products and services, but in case of any quality problem,  we try to make customers save time and worry less, so we provide a warranty as below (valid from 8th-March-2021) :  

3 years warranty for all scanner engines and 13 months warranty for all the other products since the date of delivery. 

For any quality problems:

1. RTscan provides free repair or replacement for defective products, with both sides' shipping costs and the Chinese side tariff paid by RTscan.
2. For man-made damage within warranty time, RTscan provides paid repair, with both sides' shipping costs and tariff paid by the customer.
3. For all barcode scanner engines, RTscan provides 3 years warranty for the scan engine itself, all the accessories are 13 months.
