Fixed-mount embedded & Kiosk Barcode Scanner
RT830C is designed for all kinds of embedded kiosk use. It is suitable for ATMs, ticket terminals, turnstiles, lockers, queuing equipment, self-service inquiry terminals, and medical devices.
It can decode almost all types of 1D/2D bar codes, including Aztec, MaxiCode, QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, EAN code, etc. It has also been optimized to read bar codes from a mobile phone.
Thanks to its unique design, you can embed the scanner under glass, ensuring dust- and rain-proof for outdoor and indoor use.
Support sense mode detects and reads bar code automatically and builds USB, RS232, and TTL-232 interfaces.

RT830C has been widely used for the public transportation system in China. Its high speed reading and good performance in both usual and dark environments make it welcome for bus ticketing, metro station ticketing, etc.
The passenger shows their payment QR code in their cellphone screen, and the bar code reader detects and reads the QR code automatically.
